| I command everybody to go to this site and see one of, if not THE,
sickest slam in Serra history. It's the Dan
Mavraides-bounce-off-the-backboard-to-Decensae slam during the game
against Lowell that I was talking about, which was their very last play
at homecourt. No need to say more, the video speaks for itself (even
though it starts a little after Mavraides threw it up). Oh yeah, and
100 bucks to anybody who can spot me in the celebrating crowd, haha.

Serra lost to the top seeded De La Salle 52-48.... FOUR FREAKING
POINTS. Sigh... that was the NorCal Division 1 semifinal... SO DAMN
CLOSE. They just HAD it, but it slipped away... .
If they won that then they could've gone to the Norcal Regional
Championship at ARCO ARENA (Yes, where the SACRAMENTO KINGS play)...
Sigh... so damn close. Just one word to say to that- FUCK.
Guess we'll just have to wait til next year, WITHOUT Decensae White
& Dan Mavraides to lead the team. I guess good luck to Decensae's
college career at Texas Tech... I just hope the remaining juniors and
sophs of this year can step up their game for next year to make up for
Decensae's absence from the court... So for next year's varsity team,
guess all I have to say is "FIRE IT UP PADRES, FIRE IT UP."

Sickest slam of the night- 4th quarter- Dan Mavraides hits it off the
backboard for the alley-oop to Decensae White runnin behind him, who
just SLAMS IT DOWN
Game was hella sick! Lowell got their asses whopped... haha, they even
brought in THEIR yell team, but they weren't shit against OUR cheer
section. "WE CAN'T HEAR YOU... YOU CAN'T STOP HIM. STICK TO PING PONG."
Haha, we just kept SHUTTIN 'em up.
Freal now, Decensae White- "MVP! MVP!" He's the shit. I mean, WCAL 2006
Player of the Year! Chew on it SI, SF, Bells, and everyone else in the
freakin WCAL. CHEW ON THAT.
And seriously, we almost got into it with the punk ass Lowell yell team
as they were walking outta our school. We were hella makin fun of their
lil queer ass arm swing thing they kept doin during the game.

Well Lowell.... NOT IN OUR JUNGLE, "MAYBE NEXT YEAR"
